Email Developer

I'm a father to 3 living in Colorado Springs, CO and I provide for my family through my career. I'm a software developer specialised in frontend and backend email development for today's leading nonprofits organizations. I'm a student of computer science and I take my love of programming, mathematics and email and apply my research towards crafting a digital study Bible to aid in the development of my game, Fatherbound.

What I do

I have been studying computer science since 1999 and developing emails and email applications since 2008. In 2026 I decided to branch out and get into a deep passion of mine, game development, storytelling and my family ministry. I'm studying my way through the Bible, creating a new digital study bible and working to publish my game.

JavaScript

PHP

PHP is a server-side programming language used to build dynamic websites and web applications. It processes forms, connects to databases, manages sessions, handles APIs, and generates HTML content before web resources are sent to the user’s browser.

HTML & CSS

HTML is the standard language used to structure web pages and content. CSS is used to style and design that content by controlling colors, layouts, spacing, and responsiveness, allowing websites to look visually appealing.

SQL

SQL (Structured Query Language) is used to manage and interact with databases. It allows developers to store, retrieve, update, delete, and organize data using queries, making it essential for applications that rely on structured data.

Salesforce

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a digital marketing platform used to manage email campaigns, customer journeys, SMS messaging, automation, analytics, and personalized marketing across multiple channels to improve customer engagement .

AMPscript

AMPscript is a scripting language used in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to personalize emails, SMS messages, landing pages, and customer journeys. It dynamically displays content, accesses data extensions, and automates marketing experiences.

Java

Java is a high-level programming language used to build web applications, mobile apps, cloud systems, and backend services. It is known for portability, security, scalability, and its ability to run on many operating systems.

Gamemaker

GameMaker is a game development engine used to create 2D games for desktop, mobile, console, and web platforms. It includes drag-and-drop tools and its own scripting language, making it popular for indie developers and rapid game prototyping.
